Not at all! Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced athlete, our programs are designed to meet you at your current level. Our coaches scale workouts to suit your abilities, so you’ll progress safely and confidently.
Wear comfortable athletic clothing and sneakers, and feel free to bring a water bottle. There's no need to worry about specialised gear — all training and lifting equipment is provided by ULift.
ULift offers a structured, coach-led program designed to deliver real, measurable gains in full-body strength — along with the significant health and performance benefits that come with it. Unlike traditional gyms where you’re left to navigate on your own, ULift provides personalized guidance, expert technique correction, and the support of a like-minded community. Plus, every session is tracked in your own dedicated training workbook.
You’ll choose a 2-hour time slot, once or twice a week, to train with a squad of 10–12 others — all following tailored, strength-focused programs. Each session is led by an accredited coach, with squad members supporting one another as everyone works toward their individual goals.
The ideal training rhythm is twice a week, spending 1 to 1.5 hours within your chosen 2-hour squad window. Even attending once a week can deliver results. It’s not about spending hours in the gym — it’s about consistency. The unique ULift method delivers powerful, time-efficient strength and health benefits with every session.
Your personalized program is designed to steadily build your strength and overall well-being. It’s carefully planned by your squad coach, tracked in your training workbook, and adjusted as needed to keep you progressing. Program lengths are flexible — whether it’s 2, 6, or 10 weeks — and are tailored to your goals in collaboration with your coach.

Yes — we offer foundational nutrition guidance tailored to support your training. For more specific goals, we have partnerships with certified nutritionists who can create meal plans based on your body type and lifestyle.
